To close your InvestaTrade account, you must have no remaining stock and cash balances.

If you still have stock positions in your portfolio, you may either sell them or transfer them to another broker by sending an email to investa@investorsonline.ph.

For any cash balances in your account, you may create a withdrawal or Cash Out request on the InvestaTrade platform.

Once this is done, you may send an email to investa@investorsonline.ph requesting to close your account.

You may cash in/deposit to your account on the InvestaTrade platform by clicking "Available Cash" then "Cash In" where you can choose the amount and the bank/payment channel that you would like to use to Cash In.

Thank you for choosing us as your investing partner. To do this, you must first open an InvestaTrade account. Once your application is approved, you can either deposit into your account using our many banking partners, or you may also choose to transfer your stocks from another brokerage to us.

To transfer shares from another brokerage to Investors Securities Inc., you must first notify your current brokerage of your intention to transfer shares (which stocks and how many shares each), after which your current broker will ask you to fill up a Stock Transfer Certificate.

Once this is complete, your current brokerage will contact Investors Securities Inc.'s operations team and we will handle the rest.

Investors Securities Inc. charges a P100.00 transfer fee per stock (ex. If you transfer shares of ALI, BDO, and PGOLD, there will be a P300.00 transfer fee). Please note that your other broker will also charge a transfer fee.

To lodge your physical stock certificates (which means you will be converting the physical certificates into electronic form so that you can trade the stocks on InvestaTrade), you only need to submit the certificates to us along with a few other requirements.

Please take note of the following requirements:

1. The name on the stock certificates and the name under your account must be exactly the same.
2. The stock certificate must be signed by the owner (on the signature section in front front and also at the back).
3. That the account owner/stock certificate owner also submits one (1) signature card per stock (if you submit certificates for AC, ALI, and BDO, you must submit three (3) signature cards).
4. Please also submit two (2) government IDs (photocopy with 3x signature). Note that the names on the IDs MUST be exactly the same as the names on the stock certificates. Otherwise, the transfer office will require us to submit a Sworn Affidavit of Name Discrepancy <link to document>.

A limit order is an order to buy or sell a stock at a specific price or better. It ensures that the trader gets the desired price but does not guarantee execution if the stock never reaches that price.

Types of Limit Orders:

• Buy Limit Order - An order to buy a stock at a specified price or lower.

  Example: If a stock is currently trading at ₱50, you can place a buy limit order at ₱48, meaning you will only buy if the price drops to ₱48 or lower.

• Sell Limit Order - An order to sell a stock at a specified price or higher.

  Example: If a stock is trading at ₱50, you can place a sell limit order at ₱52, meaning you will only sell if the price rises to ₱52 or higher.

Advantages of a Limit Order:

• ✔ Control Over Price - Ensures you don't buy too high or sell too low.
• ✔ Good for Volatile Markets - Helps you avoid sudden price swings.

Disadvantages of a Limit Order:

• ✖ Not Guaranteed to Execute - If the stock never reaches your limit price, the trade won't happen.
• ✖ Partial Fills Possible - If only part of your order is matched, you may not get your full desired quantity.

A conditional order is a type of trade order that only executes when specific conditions are met. These orders help traders automate their strategies and manage risk without constantly monitoring the market.

Types of Conditional Orders:

• 1. Stop-Loss Order

  🔹 Purpose: Limits potential losses by selling a stock when its price drops to a specified level.

  🔹 Example: If you own a stock at ₱50, you can place a stop-loss order at ₱45, meaning the stock will be sold automatically if the price falls to ₱45 or lower.

• 2. Take-Profit Order (Target Order)

  🔹 Purpose: Locks in profits by selling a stock once it reaches a specific price.

  🔹 Example: If you buy a stock at ₱50, you can set a take-profit order at ₱60, meaning your stock will be sold once it reaches ₱60, securing your profit.

Advantages of Conditional Orders:

• ✔ Automates Trading - No need to monitor prices constantly.
• ✔ Manages Risk - Helps prevent large losses and ensures profit-taking.

Disadvantages of Conditional Orders:

• ✖ No Guarantee of Execution at Exact Price - Prices may move quickly, causing slippage.
• ✖ May Trigger Due to Market Fluctuations - Sudden short-term price drops or spikes might activate an order unexpectedly.

InvestaTrade will notify you with each newly announced offering. You may then directly indicate how many shares you'd like to subscribe to on InvestaTrade.

Please be advised that the final number of shares that will be allocated to you is not guaranteed and will depend on the demand for said stock. Please also note that once you subscribe to a certain number of shares for any type of offering, InvestaTrade will automatically set those funds aside meaning you will be unable to buy, sell, or withdraw said funds until the shares are allocated to your account and are available for trading.
